Found this Penny today. Somethings going on by the 4.. It's clearly visible at the "end" of the 4's sidebar.. It's there twice..

It's pretty obvious that the 4 was punched twice, maybe the 1 too but not as dramatic.
Since I don't see doubling like that on the 19, I'm guessing The "41" was punched after the die was hubbed.
