I have been offered this (not very attractive in fact downright unattractive) J.C. denarius but I am not sure.

I have seen 'bubbles' on plenty of genuine coins, so unless casting 'bubbles' are intrinsically different, I cannot reject the coin simply on that basis.

I don't have one of these, but honestly if it were offered to me I would have to pass on it. However that being said if it was selling for $25 I might take a chance. I would hold off and find a nicer example that was certified.

Its got basically every casting diagnostic, so id give this one a miss. Looks like its cast from a WRL piece - that sprue/blob on the reverse is where the letters WRL would appear.

If it was up to me to make a decision for myself:
Pass.

From the pictures I can't quite make my mind it it has been cast or is corroded. When in doubt, don't.
