I need advice I know one person in Russia,he say he has a 100 dollar federal reserve note 1934 in very used condition ( Very Good 10 or less ). He thinks it worth a face value or may be even more in this condition, because it's not common thing,is it truth? And is it legally to sell this kind of things in USA?
Yes, it would be illegal to sell that coin. According to the Hobby Protection Act of 1973, counterfeit coins are illegal to sell unless the word COPY is stamped on them.
Contemporary counterfeits are bought and sold without being marked with the word copy. It isn't illegal to sell a contemporary counterfeit as long as the seller discloses that fact and the buyer knows that.
Photos of it would help, but in VG or less condition like you claim it is then it won't have a huge value over face. My local coin shop has one (1934 $100) in similar condition for $105.. If it is a star note then that changes things and will likely be worth more.
