How-Much-Is-This-Worth?

This is from a private dealer. There's some toning. Said its certified by ANACS but wouldn't the slab has it then? He's saying its worth $195 What do you all think?

The only way to attach an image to a post is to host the image on a website and post the url. We had to temporarily disable image uploading due to a security issue. Here the thread where this is explained:

I don't think the pics do the coin justice. It is graded by ANACS. You can tell from the hologram on the reverse pic. If the brightness is set wrong, the green ANACS printing on the front doesn't show up. I am concerned with the amount of wear that appears on the reverse. While I trust ANACS, I would want much better pics of this coin. Without better pics, I would not pay more than $50 for this coin unless there is a good no questions asked return policy.

I agree that this is an Anacs holder. There is a small "A" on the reverse of the holder.

The slab looks like it has many scratches which is not uncommon at all. The coin overall looks like an AU coin. Definate wear and some weakness which is also common.

In AU-53 this coin should be priced near $275.00 to $300.00

It also looks like it would cross over pretty easily.

They say buy the coin not the grade
Just looking at the picture and just commenting on the picture
There is too much slide on the effigy face and on the breast of the eagle
on top of that there is too much loss of detail
So this photo is not AU but somewhere in the XF range
It may be that all the damage was done whilst sliding but using that as an excuse to make it AU seems a little bit farfetched
Of course I am talking about the photo maybe the coin looks better in reality but the photo is XF both sides
