I see a normal coin. The mark on the rim looks like the coin suffered a collar contact when the coin was being loaded into the collar. Nothing special. A split in the plating in that area. (1:00-3:00)

I think the obverse rim at the date has some finning going on. This is common when the die is slightly uncentered. I agree it is a normal coin.
