What is the error on this bill - misalignment or cutting error? Any info will be appreciated. I have this bill and the one numerically before it as well that is same non-centered print.

Sorry for the less than great picture I took this by hand with my phone...

It's a minor misalignment error. These usually don't have a huge premium unless a portion of the actual printing on the note is shifted to where part of it is missing. When that happens they begin to get a bit more pricier. The more extreme the misalignment, the higher the price.

Not significant to demand a premium. Unfortunately it will limit the grade and reduce value since it is not well centered.

So the take away is - a small error and this type needs to be a big error else it reduces overall grade of... good info!
