Tough one...Left wheat lines looks like a spiff of wear, could be a weak strike evidenced by the O, hard to tell for me, southern reverse rim under the right stalk is a bit flat as well, obverse is really nice!....I'm personally solid at AU-58, but have seen worse in 63BN slabs.

AU-58 or MS-63 BN. Depending on if there is wear or not.
