Found in early 2013, looks heavily circulated. Odd how people didn't notice they have a pointy penny.

Looks legit to me.
There is even a weak Blakesley Effect.

As for grade I don't even try with non-US coins.
Grading standards are different.

What would be a value estimate for this? I read somewhere errors from the late 70s and early 80s are more common than other years.

I am going out on a limb here, VF-20 to EF-40? nice clip, very common year though! still a great find in a roll!
