Need Help Identifying This Old Coin, Please

Rarity only counts if there is a collector population out there wanting the specific coin, nice to know but not necessarily of monetary value. Those Mongol coins are not that common but you never know with more 'digging' going on in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Crimea etc. The prices I have seen on some websites are around the $20 to $50 mark for many of the mongol pieces of that time (in decent but not top condition that is).
