Hey everyone! It has been a while since I last posted because college classes have eaten my time. This is a coin I have been waiting a while to purchase and just got at my local coin store today. It has a very nice luster in hand. Thank you all for your time and opinions.

EF-45 details. It's tough to grade from scans, but the halo effect around the devices, carbon spotting, old hairlines, and washed-out look makes me think this coin has an old cleaning. How much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Here is an image showing the toning. It's hard to get good pictures when all you have is a cell phone and a scanner. I paid $400.

It looks lightly cleaned with rim damage. Not severe problems but likely not market acceptable as problem-free. Detail looks VF+ to XF40 and any luster remaining is likely from cleaning and not from the mint. $400 sounds like a fair price for the coin.
