This coin looks broadstruck to me but I have no idea how to confirm that it is, possible PMD how do you guys and gals confirm broadstruck coins?

Definite error. Not sure which, does look broadstruck, but it's a little weird looking.

Looks similar to the images of a forced Broadstrike, but I don't know enough about these errors to say for sure. Compare it here: http://www.error-ref.com/broadstrike-forced/
