It has several good articles that would be of interest to some of you world coin buffs. One good article was 10 tips for organizing your collection. Right down Spica's alley is the article on Noncirculating legal tender coins, easy as A,B, C to collect. Saw a couple pics of coins he has. A fine article on collecting world crowns, including Canadian and Australian. Also good articles also on Poland's coins; Ancients; affordable gold; large pennies of the world; and oddly shaped coins. An article on the the Canadian Market indicates it is surging (the Silver dollars are Canada's most popular coin, the 10 cent pieces are the weakest. But all denominations are hot right now in MS-63 and above). Anyone else subscribe to this? Looks like it will be a good source of info and pictures for folks interested in collecting world coins. (This required searching two different stores. Numismatic magazines aren't exactly premium material here. >< ) I admit I am quite happy with this issue. I've been starving for some good reading on my favourite hobby, of world numismatics. Not the invaluable books, with a few paragraphs of history, and then long listings of values in different grades, but articles and stories in plain english. The articles and columns in this magazine have so far been wonderful. New Zealand, Odd Shapes, Large Cents of the World (Pennies included) The 12 Labours of Hercules, even World Errors and their definitions! I definitely recommend this magazine to anyone interested in Darkside collecting. :) Thank you for bringing this to my attention! Report this Post to the Staff
