I bought and they did not deliver. I won the court case but they have changed their bank account numbers. It is a company in London, I do not know if I am allowed to post their name. Without the bank details I can not get the money back. Have you recently bought from any such company? Can you reach me with the company name and their bank account details please? Your help is greatly appreciated as this concerns a very large amount.

Welcome to Coin Community. This is a rather odd question to be asking if you've already won a court case against the company. The court has every right to force the company to submit to its' judgment. I don't know how the legal system in the EU works but it seems ridiculous for a court to enter a judgment in your favor without forcing the losing side to follow its' order.

You need to consult with an attorney in your country to see what your options are. Good luck.

The only way is to put a hold on the bank account and ask a judge to order the bank to pay out. The company uses a fake address as their headquarters. The wife acts as secretary. It is a big company and they sell a lot of gold. This sly fox makes it almost impossible for the me and the courts to follow up. He had several other businesses in the past that all went broke. I would really really like for someone who had recently purchased from them to come forward and share the bank number (iban and bic) that they currently use.

I'd be wary of posting bank account numbers of anyone online. If the courts can't do anything about it, then there's nothing that can be done, or at least that's from my experience in things.

Have a friend sell them a few small items. Maybe the check they pay your friend with will get you the information you need.

I've seen it done that way before to gain an account number.

If you want the account number, you will have to get it through the court system.

Unfortunately the court system does not provide their current bank account number. They had their account numbers online on their website but took these off and changed the account numbers. It used to be Barclays but I do not think Barclays was happy being associated with another criminal. I do not ask anyone for their bank account details, I only ask for the company BIC and IBAN that they should have had online. I know of no one that wants to purchase gold or silver at the moment and this is the reason I ended up asking this question here on the forum. I do not like to ask this online but see no other way. Hope you understand and no offence of any kind intended.

Commercial security information: you will NOT get that info., unless the Court gives it to you, doesn't matter if they are crims or not. Yours may be special case, but you will have to apply through the Court system.

I have to agree with that.
If that is then the case, it should be not very hard to ask the seller to supply the information, so a customer can directly deposit into the account.
Therefore, ask the seller under a different name.

Done with this, this is your private problem. Deal with the company and the courts.
