Mark on forehead is not on coin-curious what you guys think for a grade,sending in soon-also curious on thoughts of this possibly being struck on proof planchet? Never see business strike sac's look like this-I've had this coin since 2000 and honestly can't remember where I got even if I bought it and stowed it away safely till couple years ago when I got much more involved in collecting,thanks in advance
