I can't tell from those pics.
The plastic of the 2x2 is messing with the details.

The flips do make it hard to grade? Particularly on the third coin. Based on what I can see I would call the 1903 VF 20 the first 1890 VF30 and the second 1890 F15.

The 1903 and the second 1890 look to be in the VF range. The first 1890 looks EF. Better pics would help.
