someone on craigslist asked If I was interested in the following coins... I suspect they may be fake. Anyone spent some time working with swedish coins? Value? Do they look genuine?

Not my area of expertise but they look Genuine IMO. Testing weight, diameter and thickness will help better prove this or not.

The top one is not Swedish, need to see the other side.
The two other pictures show the obverse of 5 Ore coins of the same type (1690-1715).
From the pictures of those two there is no reason to suspect them to be fakes.
NGC lists them at ~$20 in VG condition.

Please post both sides of a coin to allow proper identification/comments.
And if you are suspicious about a coin it's also good to take a picture of the rim.
