Guys need to know is this a real one, I have bought stuff from this guy before and he seems real nice but that don't mean he knows if its real or not.

I have bid on it its not the worlds greatest examples but its OK for me. $185 is what its at. Thank you to all in advance.

It's been cleaned (I wouldn't worry too much about it given its in a lower grade) but it's real. You got a good price too, they go for about $250 at public auction.

is this a real one

Firstly, I would like to know if the specs. exactly match the ones listed on this NGC reference URL: including the reeded edge.

http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/...-duid-115921

Then I would like to see a detailed and crisp close-up shot of both the SW and SE corners of the ADVANCE AUSTRALIA banner on the reverse.

It seems to be a cast copy derived from the possible presence of a rounded and irregular bubble at both of these sites.

Also, assuming that the '2' of the 1932 and the '9' of the 1919 at NGC possess discernible matching widths, the distance to the right leaf pointing to each number should be about equal.

Whether these distances should be the same for both years would have to verified with further close-up shots and studies on at least a couple other years for this same Australia Florin KM# 27 coin.

IMO,

Thanks wwwww, Yeah I guessed it had been cleaned , bits of dirt still in little cracks and crannies few scourer scratches buy the looks of the obverse. So no problem there I was aware of that just making sure its the real deal that's all I was pretty confident it was just not 100 percent certain.

Yeh I guessed 185 was an alright price it will do as long as its what its suppose to be I don't mind.

I will post some better pics when it arrives just to make sure.

Thanks again.

Thank you mdpmedia I will check it out.

Thank you echidna, the more positive posts the better I feel. I will weigh and measure it when it arrives but at this point I'm quietly confident its OK.
