I don't think so. They didn't give a number to everything but only to some things.

From 1988 Charlton:
-Official (empty) cases for specimen sets 1858-1952
-Patterns, trial pieces & official fabrications
-Test tokens
-Colonial Tokens
-Not sure but maybe the government paper money is also using Charlton number

From 1996:
-Specimen coinage of 1908 to 1912
-Patterns, trial pieces & official fabrications

All the Silver Dollar varieties have Charlton numbers (2012 edition) Also they apparently own the Zoell numbers. To bad it would only be a labour of love , but would certainly like to see the Zoell Major Varieties book redone. Turner and Dr. Haxby have done remarkable research on the Large cents. Too bad the rest of the decimal series has not been so extensively researched.

Looks like my catalogue is outdated. Do they still print Zoell books? My library has the 2nd and both parts of the 3rd edition. I made a digital copy of part one (part two too thick, I give up!) and in the process of scanning the second edition (which is literally falling apart when I pulled it out of the shelf, what a pity...).
