I was given this by a client who found it in their house I dont have lot of a information about this coin. Can anyone help me out?

Coin weighs exactly 30.0gram
The diameter seems to be 38.79 grams but its seems to been worn out.

It may be silver or pewter not quite sure but more likely pewter I think doesn't feel like silver.

Hello, welcome to the forum, I think we will need a little more information about your coin, and we always enjoy pictures. as they say a picture says a thousand words.

This is a very highly counterfeited coin. In fact, I have two counterfeits sitting right here on my desk.

I think we will need bigger pictures to be able to tell with your though.

The devices are entirely wrong for a genuine coin. Also, 30 grams is too heavy. There are many variations and struck in different metals. Here is a genuine coin certified by PCGS.

When comparing your coin to the slabbed coin provided I can see a major difference in the location of the sun. I'm going to say fake.

It appears to be crudely cast copy of the "CURENCY" variety. Here's genuine piece: http://coins.ha.com/itm/colonials/1...Lot=1x=0&y=0

Here's what appears to be the same replica of the Newman 1-C variety original, with a similar weight and atypically heavy edge beading:
