What do you all think this one would grade? I'm at 61-62 because of all of the contact marks, but wanted to see what you all thought. Thanks!

I agree with MS-60, the contact marks are too deep to reach anything above that IMO

My camera is making it look worse - the contact marks aren't nearly as bad in-hand.

I think MS 61. The strike is pretty good but the marks detract a lot.

How bad is the big mark from the mouth to the top of the neck/Lower chin?

It's not gouged.. more like broken luster.

Next time I'll do an axial image, too - that may have helped here.

Never seen an MS coin so beat up, so I'm going with AU 58, just too much baggage on this one

60 really, maybe 61, that's a lot of hits/bag marks.

The luster and eye appeal could push it to 62 despite the contact marks IMHO.

Rule of thumb: the darker the feature you think is a "mark," the less likely it is to be significant in hand. Real gouges are deep enough to reflect light from one side or another depending on light angle. Still can't see better than 62 for this one. Xshift, look carefully at the MM for RPMs.
