I'll say MS-62. It looks pretty baggy, definitely MS, but I think most of those marks don't look as bad in hand.

Looks MS-62 to me as well; the $40 you payed sounds like a pretty good deal.  Can't wait to see the pics from your new set-up!

That's awfully marked up, even the reverse looks pretty baggy. Not trying to be mean-spirited, but I've seen better come back as MS61, and I'd think this specimen would be fortunate to top that.

I walked Baltimore. Most of the raw Morgans there were way overpriced.
