Ciao, the conservation of this coin is poor but the signs of clashed dies are on place I think.
What do you think?

I would say yes on the clashed dies, but this is extremely common on the Buffalo nickels.

Welcome to the CCF, Robert. Good eye, you have. That does look like a clashed die, and as Waxemm noted, fairly common, minor errors. You'll find some stronger clashes on 1913 and 1914 nickels that do tend to bring a small premium in higher grades. You might spot some on ebay if you look closely. The 1914's seem to more often have that under-chin clash than do other dates. Happy hunting!
