There's several sites that give you up to the minute silver prices. Here's a site to get you started: http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html If you have a smartphone you can also download an app called ' (124) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed ' and it comes in handy if you come across something and want a quick check on what silver is doing. Although silver was just over $16 an ounce, the dealers were all asking $25+, with "junk silver" coin going anywhere between 25-32 x face. That is why I only bought a book.
