All nice, can't wait to get mine coins....I'm excited. I like the first 1950 proof best, great toning on the reverse. That 1912 is AWESOME, I'd be all over that coin too.

Thats a nice strike on the 33! I did not notice the reverse on mine until I was looking at the photo's, it is RB, it will do for now but I know it will bother me and eventually will have to replace it. These red ones are getting harder and harder to find when you get before 36 or so. I am going to retake the photo's for the ones I just posted, they are to bright and look really bad, I found out my wife was using it and let the kids push buttons, now to figure out which ones they pushed.

I edited my previous post with new pics from the show, when I was taking the new pics I noticed my 1938 proof and forgot how much I like that one, well here it is with a new photo-

Nice 38, the new pic is much better at showing the reverse.

Nice coins, Chrsb! I'd be interested in the extra '51 if you ever plan on selling it.

Well, I went to another coin show , I only went to buy some more 2X2 pages and ended up with these 2 cents- The first one I am a little worried about, I paid more than a few bucks for it and was sold as an MS-63 coin, now after taking the pictures of it I see the reverse has a weak strike and is off center a little bit. Left loupe at home The second one will make Thad a little jealous, I picked this one up for $40 and it was sold as an MS-60, which I agree on , it could go AU but it does have nice luster and is red- I did buy a new camera and am getting used to it, anybody have any tips on getting the luster to show? I got the color close, but they still look a little light. Anyways I got beautiful 1913-S coming, I am thinking MS65, I will post once I get it in! Welcome to the thread Bruce, post some pics when you get a chance, I was thinking of changing the thread to "chrsb's picture thread" I hate to hog up the thread. Amazon I will let you guys know when I am going to sell some of the extra's I have, I keep thinking I am going to slow down at work and have a few weeks off but people keep calling me, I am thinking of turning off my phone.

I really like that 1918...that die retooling of '16 really shows up in magnification.
ChrisB, that's quite a 52-D toner. I have a 09-S VDB with some color...I'll post pics.

CHRIS! WOW! You know, that 31D has my name microstamped into it, right? ROFL DANG! That is the exact coin I'm looking for in the same grade and most importantly....PRICE. What a great buy that was for you...it's beautiful! If you ever, ever see one of those again, please buy it for me! I don't care if I already have one by then, I'll still buy it for that price or more.

I had to chime in I just sold this last week not the brightest shiniest picture but neither is the coin I though it represented the details well. Shot with two strobes bounced off an 8' x 8' reflector on black velvet Hasselblad w 150 mm with extension tubes white balanced at 4900 K +/- 100 K this system also works great for silver proofs through the Mint encapsulation but not great on anything in between

Those 1914-D are really gaining in price. I like the pic, is the color representative of actual color? Some day I am going to upgrade my 14-D.
