This is an oddity. It bears no name, location or value. It resembles a Columbia farthing on one side, but it's too small; 17 mm. Something in my memory says Cambridgeshire, but I can't remember why.
So, give me your collective wisdom.

A bit north and west. The devices are those of a tradesman's token from Stockport, Cheshire, issued by Cartwright and Ferns:
