One of the first Google Images that come up when you search "Lincoln Smoking Pipe" is that picture.

I think this guy did some research about his coin, and included a reference picture he found.

I don't think his intention was to steal the image.

Not a big deal. He was just doing research. I have also found my own photos on a Google search.

Using the word "Steal" is a bit strong. Even copyrighted material can be reproduced without permission if it is solely used for educational purposed, which is what this guy is obviously doing.

Technically he should have given credit to the original owner of the photo, but giving credit to someone for a photo or information from a book or article is usually only done in academic settings. Would have been nice if he had, but nothing to get upset about.

with UnHolyRoller. The guy in the video was using the image as an educational tool. Had he been using the image for profit, then that would be a different story.
