I just have to share this, since it's silly :) My partner works in a supermarket and yesterday she brought me those coins that were somehow tried to be passed as euro by some customer:
- USA 1 cent 2006 (P)
- Poland 5 zlotch 2010
Kuwait:
- 5 fulus 2013
- 50 Flisa 2013 x2
- 100 Flis 2010 (magnetic)
- 100 Flis 2013 (non-magnetic)

Still those 'finds' do not top the austro-hungarian 10 Heller form 1908 she got as change some time ago :)

Not a huge find, but I got a 1962 and a 1962-D penny in the same handful of change from one single purchase.

Not really in circulation, but I found a 1923 Polish 5 groszy coin and a Canadian quarter in a Coinstar reject bin. When I first looked at the coins, I saw the Canadian quarter and was disappointed. When I got home and got the magnifying glass (my 41 year old eyes are starting to get worn out) I saw that the date was 1966 and my disappointment went to elation. Free silver is always good.

A beautiful BU Kisatchie-P made it in my change!
I thought it was another Kistachie-D at first, because I've been getting some of those in the wild in the past couple of weeks...

What is a "Kistachie"? Is it one of those new ATB Quarters?

Nice!

Twenty years ago I had a girlfriend who worked at the bank. That benefited me well.
