Poll Question
I finally received (they were shipped to my old address in June) my 2014 Baseball HOF Commemoratives Dollars, both UNC & Proof, still sealed in their shipping boxes from the Mint.

Living up to my forum id, I could not wait for to put one of these in my collection, I purchased a PCGS MS69 version.

Now I have two raw coins to deal with and looking for some advice on how to auction/sell them.

Thanking you in advance!

Were it me, I'd cherry pick them to see if there's one in there better than your 69! I've seen a lot of "69s" that aren't 69s. So if you got a good one, you could leave them sealed and sell them later on the mystery of what's inside, but if you need the cash now take excellent picks and sell them puppies, whilst maybe taking aside the best one or two to go along with your certified.

If you don't want them, sell them before the prices shoot down because everyone has moved on.

The initial 'craze' for these coins has long ago subsided ...

I have not checked current ebay listings ... suspect the 'sold' prices are back to normal range for any modern commemorative.

My advise ... sell them for whatever you can get in todays market.

I'm not sure a "still sealed" coin would bring much (if any) premium at this point as the coins are plentiful in the marketplace.

I would open them up, inspect them so that you can confirm their quality (and spot any potential defects/problems) and then put them up for sale.

Hopefully, you'll cover your costs.
