MS-64 RD; could go MS-65 with better pics.

It depends on who you ask. PCGS says an MS64 example is worth between $1 and $5. Whereas, Numismedia says an MS64 is worth $10.35. I pay between $2 - $3 per roll. There's no easy answer to that question.
