AU 50 Sheldon grading (American),
nearly EF grading (British / European system)
I notice that there has been some tooling around the legends on the reverse.
('FILIPINAS') probably in an attempt to clean it.
It is my guess that it may have suffered some minor sea water corrosion, hence also my guess at the the reason for the tooling.
