Need a close-up to tell on the die clash question.
Not crazy about this coin, highly distracting marks on face plus the scuffs in the hair and the tip of the cap bring it down to MS62 for me.

It's a relatively clean coin aside from some marks on the cheek, but those are fairly deep so I'd say 63.

Yes the die clashes on the reverse also at the ends of the leaves and both wings.

A VAM 3C,The N isn't polished away as well as around the mouth,and the whale's back is still on right wing.The VAM 3d is latter state.
