A Book I Am Reading

Ever so slightly off topic but....

Whilst I was away a few weeks ago, I visited a Roman Museum (lots of altar and a coin "hoard" of some 60 coins, none of which were as good as mine)

Anyway, I picked up a couple of books. My interest is in the really early stuff, but VK did pique my curiosity with the later goings on in Rome.

One of the books was issued by the British Museum called:
AD410 The Year that Shook Rome by Same Moorhead and David Stuttard. ISBN 978-0-7141-2269-1. It cost me £9.99 (GBP).

If you are interested in that period, it is very readable and I highly recommend it. There are cheaper copies on Amazon.com.
