So I am trying to upload pics to the optimizer to post them here and they all download like this...

Anyone-Know-How-To-Fix-This?

but when I preview them on my computer they look much bigger than what they look like in the optimizer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When I take pictures or scan coins, I remove as much of the frame around it as a first step.
Next step is to check the size of the image.
If the image is substantially larger than 100K then it is best to upload to an image hosting site and use the 'insert image tag'.
For images which are below the 250K mark I use 'Paint' to resize them to below 100K.

It looks like size is you problem - I copied your pic in Paint and it is only 3KB
You need to make your pics just under the 100kb max, and as Medieval say - crop all unnecessary borders off using Paint program. Start big and work back, dont start small and work up otherwise it will be pixelated.

Ask again if you need more help
