What is this... I have found 3 so far in a BU roll... Exact same types of lines as the harps and guitars but in the wrong place.

Canada-1962-1-Cent....-Not-A-Harp,,-Not-A-Guitar...

Well I hear that harps and guitars are caused by die polish. Maybe after the harp causing polish wore off they polished up the dies again causing a single drone string. You have a banjo penny?

The banjo sounds like a fitting name. You should start naming all of the errors in need of names.
