I'd say FWL MS-62/63 (Max). I too wonder about survival rates. I always found Bromberg's generalized (10%) figure rather unbelievable.

I agree skip79, but in
the absence of any data, we don't know the actual
percentages. How many were thrown out in moves,
left in a drawer, or in a sock, lost in general,
knocked into the ground on the demolition of houses.
They are not in the hands of anyone and as far as
I'm concerned don't exist until they surface are
graded and are counted. But again in the absence
of real numbers this is all pure speculation. Get
all the graded ones first and that is a start.

I have room to include 2 more coins in my shipment to ICCS, and still be under Canada Post max. weight allowed. I'm going include this dollar in the shipment even though it may only be MS63. In approx. 3 weeks when it comes back I will post the results. Thank you for your opinions.

I got this dollar back today from ICCS and here are the results. Everybody got this one correct.
