Comparing it to my certified MS62 & MS63 Queens, I would say it looks closer to my MS62. Hard to tell from picture, but may be a SWL also. Why spend money on certification when you know basically what you have.

MS63 Value wise it makes no sense to have it slabbed unless it's a SWL.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Save your money not worth sending in 63 at very best by the looks of it.

Absolutely not worth grading. buy yourself another coin with that money saved.

Thank you for your grades and opinions. I also thought the dollar would most likely be a MS63 and it's not a SWL. If it was MS64 I would think it probably would be worth certification. I have some coins that I will be sending to ICCS and am trying pick the ones that would be best to be graded. Thanks for your help and opinions.

I sent some coins to ICCS a couple weeks ago and got them back today. I did send this dollar in and here are the results.
