Need better pictures unfortunately, but so far I would say somewhere around a high AU grade.

So would it be best to get them certified or to just sell them as is ? not even sure where to sell them I know I don't want anything to do with ebay tho.

Getting them slabbed will cost you about $60 or more, not sure if you gain anything there. If the photos you have are the best you can do, I would not put them on ebay, either, you need good photos to sell $200 coins.

Take them to a few shops, see what they have to say about grade and value. If you come up with Mint State, which they should, slabbing may not be a bad idea. Then you can sell them to your chosen shop or put them on consignment. Don't rule out ebay if you can get good photos.

Wanted to expand, there is a good difference in value between run-of-the-die UNC and, say, MS 63 grade for these, so do get them to a shop and looked at, decide what you may want to do once you have some opinions based on the actual coins and not the photos you have.
