This is the other coin that was in the lot of the 1854D one that I posted earlier. Any information on this one is greatly appreciated again. Thanks to all for helping me!

I have read that jewelers' copies and fantasies of these abound, mostly in good gold. More than that I can't comment, because I don't know enough about how to confidently identify the dud ones.

Await for other comments in this thread, and / or take it to someone who knows.

I believe it is a 1854 round liberty gold fractional. Not counterfeit as so many are.

Breen/Gillio # 431 in nice shape AU-MS, but not particularly rare, worth anywhere from $400 to $1000 I. would say, depending on condition and provenance
