laxmaster92 Member United States 1154 Posts	Posted 09/04/2007 6:23 pm I recently acquired the biggest note Ive ever seen. I used to think Horse blankets were huge but they are minuscule compared to this note. It is a 500 Rubles Note from Russia. The year is 1912. The note is 11 inches long and 5 inches high. Here it is. If anyone is interested in it, I put it up for auction here so bid on it! Its a great chance to add a very unique note to your collection. I couldn't believe how big they were. He also had some later ones where they have gone to the other extreme, they are tiny, only a couple of inches long. Steve Report this Post to the Staff

This was about the equivalent of $4000 today. But these notes were printed in huge numbers, including after they lost a lot of their value during WWI. Report this Post to the Staff
