I have a US 1 dollar bill with serial number 00442646 which I'm pretty sure isn't significant in a specific category collectors look for but for some reason it stuck out to me enough to want to confirm just in case! I'd really appreciate your thoughts!

I was almost positive that was the case but I've recently become really annoying (I'm sure) to friends/family by wanting to look at the serial numbers of any bill they're about to spend/get back as change/in their wallet (😁) and this is the only one that I've felt compelled to question (I'm not sure why!).
I'm hoping that once I do find something good (I will eventually, right? Ha!) I'll be able to control myself around serial numbers again 😆

Your best find will be when you least expect it. Those who know me well know to check their serial numbers. I usually keep this simple, basically a lot of the same number or two numbers or if they end with a * or just look strange overall. Most people don't know or care to spot a radar, repeater, ladder note etc.
