If you turn the image on the left upside-down, I can kind of see the bottom part of a shiva-and-bull design. But I don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me. Do you have any special reason to assume it Arabic, i.e. do you know where it was found?

I found this coin in a lot of arabic coins.
This coin had a lot of dirt
