Counterfeit, I'm afraid, as indicated in your other recent thread.

The "junk dollar" (the one with the boat) is a crudely engraved fake; it's got the same mis-aligned sunrays I pointed out in this thread.

The second coin has the "mushiness", the overall blurriness and lack of detail that is common to cast counterfeits, or counterfeits made from spark erosion dies.

Top one is a Yuan from year 21 of the republic (=1937), Y#344 in my catalogue.
Bottom one is a Dollar from the year 3 of the last emperor (=1911), Y#31 in my catalogue.

Can't really make any comment on authenticity except that some of the characters on the bottom coin look spurious.
