From the size (~25mm), the thickness of the flan and the look of the coin it seems to be a billon assarion of Andronikos II with Michael IX. But I have not been able to find a reference showing them with those dresses.

Anyone can confirm or correct my suspicion?

Ugh I'm not sure but I think it looks like a Hungarian coin. 12th century. Notice the double crux. Its very common in Bela coins.

I would suspect the coin is 2.2-2.6 grams eh? Maybe I am wrong the style is a little finer than early Hungarian, but I thats my initial thought.

Definitely, had a look in Rethy and nothing is as fine in style.

Will have to look closer into his coins.
The style of SB2179 is clearly similar but the traces of inscription I can read on the reverse don't match up. Perhaps one of his other coins.
Was first thinking it may be a flattened trachy but it doesn't seem to have enough damage for that.

Maybe I need to clean it a bit (it's very dark, the scan is with maximum lighting) and then can make out more of the inscription.
