It's actually A,Theta,E - the Theta being like an O with a line in the middle, this stands for Athens.
And owl coins are common for Athens.
Please provide a better picture (no large frame needed) of both sides so that the members here can make a better assessment of what specific issue it is.

Postscript:

Also weight and diameter would be helpful.

This time out of focus.
Needs to be sharper for us to make a reasoned comment.
So far OK, but these coins were copied A LOT for tourists.

I'm not liking the rim on the right side of the obverse, but I'm not an expert on these.

Welcome Johnnyboy - good to hear from you.

Everything the others said. Take some photos IN FOCUS and before you put them up LOOK at them to ensure they are clear and the right way up,please?

You will maximise your chances of getting the help that you are looking for if you follow this protocol. Cheers.

I've attempted to enhance your pictures a bit. They are a little better, but we are still going to need to see clearer ones. If you can also provide the size and weight of the piece that will be helpful.

A picture of the edge would also be good. I am not liking the ridge on the obverse either.

I agree with the others about the edge looking odd.

I will anticipate what others will say when we get a good picture. It is one of the myriad modern cast reproductions and therefore worthless.

Good work, Ski.

I have seen you do this with photos on several occasions before. I admire the way that you can enhance photos.

Great skill.

looks like a reproduction. The owls head should be straight up instead of off to the left side compared to the obverse.
