I'm new to the Coin World and received this with an order of 'generic silver' from APMEX. Can you help me identify?

Many Thanks
Fay

! That looks like a very nice 1oz Silver Round with a rendition of Seated Liberty. Nice! Not sure on the manufacturer. Anything on the edge?

Ah...that makes sense. No, nothing on the edge, no identifiers. Really rough and scratched.

Thanks!

Seems to be not rare, they can be found all over the world.
The quality of the minting is not very good on all these coins I found on the internet.
Is it magnetic?
It can be a chinese replica.
What are the dimensions, 38-40mm?

Petrus, your search skills are much better than mine; good finds. I would like to think that APMEX would not try to pass off a Chinese fake as silver. Like I said, it was part of a 'generic' silver order. That also included some $20 Liberian coins commemorating great moments in American history. They sound like tin. I guess if I'm going to need to invest in a good magnet and some calipers.

Borrowed the DH's old dial caliper and found an instructable on how to read it (told you I was a newbie).

39.4208mm x 2.7686mm
weight = 1.01 troy oz
not magnetic
