Very common cash coin from Chinese Emperor Kao Tsung (1736-1795) from the mint in Fukien province.
It looks genuine, definitely not a 'tourist' copy.

As far as price coins like this are usually in a dealers box for a dollar or two.

These coins were very common, as they were essentially fractions of a cent. Kao Tsung also has one of the longer reigns as an emperor, so there are many coins from him.
