Anyone Else Having Trouble Listing Or Revising On Ebay

Tbone Pillar of the Community United States 1839 Posts	Posted 11/21/2014 10:37 am I'm not able to list anything or revise anything for a couple of days now. I've tried logging in and out of ebay, I've tried using chrome, firefox, and internet explorer and cleared all cached data and cookies and I get the same screen every time. I also tried from computer at work thinking perhaps it was my home computer and got the same message. I sell quite a bit on ebay so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing. I have some items I'd like to list and I really need to revise a few. Here's the screen I'm getting, anyone else getting this or know what to do? Report this Post to the Staff

Tbone Pillar of the Community United States 1839 Posts	Posted 11/21/2014 1:25 pm It's just an issue on the selling end. I contacted ebay and they are puzzled by it as well. They ARE able to repeat the issue on their end when they go in under my account so it's not a local computer issue involving cache or cookies or anything. They've sent it to their technical team to work on. I was mainly curious if it's happening to others that sell on ebay? Report this Post to the Staff

Tbone Pillar of the Community United States 1839 Posts	Posted 11/23/2014 1:20 pm Yeah, they're still working on it. They gave me a credit for 2 months to my store fee to appease me. In the mean time I'm able to create new listings and edit existing listings on my phone but it's a bit of a hassle. Hopefully they get it taken care of soon. Report this Post to the Staff
