This is a common date, but the coin is perfect. Well the strike might be a bit weak.

In 15 minutes with a 20/40x binocular microscope, I could not find one single flaw in this coin.

The very first thing I would do with this coin is put it in an acrylic screw capsule, of the appropriate size.
You could remove the clear mylar out of a 2x2 flip, and push the capsule into the hole, so the coin in the flip could take it's place in a non PVC album page.

The alternative is to slab it, but the potential value of it has to justify the fees and shipping.

Might send this to NGC, I do not want to touch it, the 2x2 was like cemented. With some Caballitos maybe in the next submission.

I do not submit states coppers or Mexican revolution because they don't get it.

Don't be surprised if it doesn't grade super high for a "flawless coin". This date is notoriously easy to find in blazing BU condition without any noticeable marks. I have had rolls of them in perfect condition at one time. If the TPG considers it relative to what is typical for the series/date, even a slightly weak strike will hurt the point grade a lot.
Not worth submitting IMHO.

There looks to be some rim dings.
