I'm not even sure this is a coin; might be some sort of religious token.
Also a bit confused by which side is 'up' in second and fourth pics.
It's a cute little silver thing, with nice toning, and does appear very old; perhaps hammered.
I think I can *almost* discern what looks like a date of 1190 inside one of the points of the star.
Actual size = 21mm; weight = 2.75 gm.
Third and fourth photos were taken through a viewing lens.
Opinions; hunches; WAG's all welcome.
Thanks for looking in.

I feel like I've seen similar before, perhaps Morocco?

hi bros
that's well a coin, silver Ayyubide Dirham , minted in Syria ( Aleppo ) in 1201 - 1202 ( = 598 hegire ) , King Ghiyath al-Din al-Zahir Ghazi ibn al-Nasir Yusuf as written in arabic into the star in the two sides of the coin , plus Islam testimony " No God than Allah , Muhammad prophete of Allah" written out of the star , (582-613 H/1186-1216 AD) ; Weight and measurement
2.89 g / 20.0 mm ; here's some pictures of same item.

you can read this article about:

I can't tell if your coin is genuine or fake but I think it's surely genuine cause weight measurement are corrects & mint in silver ; plus the over-all look sesms correct too.
congratulations

Thank you so much, Moroccan Friend ! And !

That is very exciting information. This is now my oldest coin- !
It is amazing to me that something so small and fragile can survive the centuries and miles in such great condition.
