maybe check the internet, see if spock is a common 5 dollar piece and sometimes people go and look up other designs and get inspired!

That is a hilarious bill...nice find! As for value - 1 bottle of Saurian Brandy would likely be a good trade for a bill that features Ambassador Spock on it.
